Johnny Payne is a singer/songwriter, record producer and podcaster based on Vancouver Island, BC. A lifelong student of great songs and classic records, Johnny applies his vast knowledge of music to all of his artistic endeavours. His self proclaimed “Melody Music” style has been championed by fans and fellow musicians dating back to his days as the lead singer of The Shilohs. As a performer, he has shared the stage with Real Estate, Tennis, Destroyer, Kevin Morby and Mapache among many others. His forthcoming 3rd album “Dazzle Me” is out in April of 2026 and promises to be his most personal, dedicated and exciting work to date.
