Khatsahlano Street Festival has been made aware of fraudulent emails targeting vendors. We will never request payment via e-transfer. All invoices are issued through Square. All communication will come from vendors@themrggroup.com. Please take a moment to verify the sender's email address before responding to any communication. Do not fill out forms, send money, provide personal information, or engage with emails from khatsahlanostreetfestival@gmail.com. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from Khatsahlano Street Festival please do not engage and forward it to vendors@themrggroup.com.

West 4th BIA Merchant
Exclusive to existing businesses located within the West 4th Avenue Business Improvement Area (BIA).
Artisan Vendor
For local makers, crafters, and independent artists presenting thoughtfully designed and original products, such as jewelry, apparel, or home decor.
Commercial Vendor
For established retail businesses or small businesses, mom & pop up shops looking to sell products or promote their services to a mass audience.
West 4th (Balsam–MacDonald)
For businesses specifically located on the blocks between Balsam Street and MacDonald Street. With storefronts on West 4th
Indigenous Vendor
For the Indigenous Pavillion a dedicated space for Indigenous artists, entrepreneurs, and creators to showcase and sell their traditional or contemporary works.
Food Truck & Food Vendors
For mobile food units, trailers, and pop-up tents serving ready-to-eat meals, snacks, or beverages.
Charities & Non-Profits
For registered charities and non-profit organizations looking to raise awareness, educate the public, or collect donations.
Brand Activation
For major brands or agencies looking to create large-scale, interactive, and experiential installations or product sampling footprints.
