Deaf Dogs are a five piece psychedelic Alt/ punk band from Vancouver who have been gaining the attention of venues, fans, and local acts alike in the Vancouver music scene throughout the past two years. While playing quintessential Vancouver and Victoria venues such as The Pearl, the Fox, Red Gate, Green Auto, Grey Lab, The Little Fern, and many others, Deaf Dogs stays busy through many requested appearances on bills with other high energy acts. Since releasing two singles in the past year, Deaf Dogs have gained 10K+ plays on Spotify and was played on underground radio stations in Europe like Poptastic Radio and RQC 95 FM. While leaving audiences floored and in anticipation of their next release, Deaf Dogs were quietly at work crafting their Debut LP "Play Deaf". The 9 song, 34 minute record offers a no holds barred powerhouse, wall of sound that pushes the boundaries of rock music we know today. Pulling inspiration and energy from bands like "Psychedelic Porn Crumpets" and "Thee Oh Sees", and crafting tones and hooks similar to "Queens Of The Stone Age", Deaf Dogs developed a variety of sonics and genres to choose from. With five songwriters, and four singers, Deaf Dogs accrued an ultra-diverse sound with songs sung by each member, displaying a diversity in singers, song uniqueness, and songwriting. No two songs are the same, but they all find their place on the record, pulling multitudes of various fans. Deaf Dogs are set to release "Play Deaf" in 2026.
